Refund policy


Please review our Return Policy below and Candle Care Instructions before requesting a return.

All sales are final but we will be happy to exchange products damaged during transit or if we shipped the incorrect product to you.  Return of unused products can be accepted within 5 days of receipt of purchase.  All products must be returned in sellable condition and shipped to our studio.  Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly encourage you to use a trackable method to mail your return.  To process a return, please send an email to hello@sunflowergraceco.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Your Name and Address
  3. Description of damaged product(s)
  4. Picture of the damaged product(s)

Upon receipt of your email we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
